Welcome to a small corner of the ’interweb’ where you can view images of things and places that have interested me over the years.
The first photograph I remember taking was of a Great Western Railway ‘Grange’ class locomotive. I was about seven at the time and managed to cut off both the front and back of the engine. However, as I was perched on my father’s shoulders I did manage to include the top of his head!
Since that time my interest in photography has ebbed and flowed and I have used a variety of cameras. If there is a common thread it would be that I love to be outdoors.
For many of the outings between 1995 and 2004 I was accompanied by my Jack Russell terrier, ‘Jafer’. Sadly she was taken by cancer in June 2004. If you have enjoyed looking at these images, perhaps you would remember this when you next have the opportunity to help a cancer relief or animal welfare charity.
